Cream Cheese Frosting

 
1.5 lbs Cream Cheese

.5 lbs unsalted butter (room temperature)

.25 tsp salt

.5 tsp vanilla

2.5 lbs powdered sugar



Beat all ingredients together on medium speed until smooth and no lumps remain.
Do not over mix as the icing will deflate.

Store refrigerated for up to three days.
Out of refrigeration use within 4 to 5 hours or return to fridge.
