Garlic Tomato-Basil Bruschetta


INGREDIENTS


1 French baguette or firm bread with no holes
3-4 large garlic cloves, peeled and cut into halves
1 cup Red Ridge extra virgin olive oil
4 tomatoes
1 cup fresh basil packed
sea salt and freshly ground pepper


DIRECTIONS

1. Cut bread in ½ inch slices. Grill it or toast it

2. Generously brush each toast piece with olive oil

3. Mix garlic, tomatoes and basil together in a food processor

4. Spread combined garlic, tomato and basil mixture on toast

5. Sprinkle with sea salt and quick grind of pepper.
Add a quick dollop of olive oil. Serve immediately.
